Master Burchett created this organization to help keep kids off the streets and off drugs & alcohol.  Anyone involved in The Dragons cannot be under the influence of any drugs.  This organization teaches self-confidence which leads to a higher self-esteem.  It is also aimed at individuals who are physically challeged.  To prove anyone can in some way participate and get the same results in the end.  So the dragons are for everyone,  for the art, exercise, skill, and physical and mental improvement and confidence of self protection.
